Yes. Shipping is free on every order to a US address.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 5-10 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only.
When should I order for Hanukkah?
Hanukkah 2026 begins at sundown on December 4. We post order-by dates on the home page each season.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened packages within 30 days of delivery. Email us to start a return. See our return policy for details.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Materials and care
Is your jewelry real sterling silver?
Every piece listed as 925 sterling silver is solid 925 sterling silver, and gold versions are gold plated over sterling silver. The product page always states the metal.
Will it tarnish?
Sterling silver can darken over time, especially in humid air. A silver polishing cloth brings it back. See our jewelry care guide.
Are your menorahs silver?
No. Our menorahs are enamel, metal or crystal glass, and each product page lists the material and height.

What is a hamsa?
An open hand with an eye, worn for protection and blessing across the Middle East. In Jewish tradition it is also called the Hand of Miriam.
