Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delivery times

Each product page shows the delivery estimate for that item. Estimated delivery dates are also shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard shipping (free): 5 to 10 business days after your order is placed. These pieces are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse and tracked door to door.
Ships from our US stock: selected pieces are held in the United States and are marked "Ships in 1 to 2 business days" on the product page. These arrive in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Central Time are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Holiday ordering

For delivery before Hanukkah we publish order-by dates on the homepage each season. Standard-shipping orders placed after the cutoff are not guaranteed to arrive in time.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email admin@cohenjewels.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
