Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unopened packages within 30 days of delivery. The package must come back sealed, exactly as it arrived.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to return it unopened in this case.

What cannot be returned

• Packages that have been opened, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
• Packages returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to start a return

Email admin@cohenjewels.com with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive the unopened package, we will refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not shipped. Email admin@cohenjewels.com as soon as possible with your order number.
