These terms govern your use of cohenjewels.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Ivera Systems LLC, a Texas limited liability company, trading as Cohen Jewels ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell sterling silver (925) Judaica jewelry. Product pages state the material, dimensions and chain length of each piece. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may vary slightly between screens. Our pieces are designed and curated by Cohen Jewels and manufactured by our production partners.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include the item and free standard shipping. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed. We may cancel any order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

6. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and designs on the Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or copy content, to interfere with its operation, or to make fraudulent orders.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
